The mains supply went off and when it came back on the Red Power led is on but nothing else, I have tried all the buttons but nothing works, it remains with the Red led on also all of the PIR sensors have the REd led on.

larry you need to purchase a new battery before you can reset the alarm, that is the reason it wont work now if you get a new battery then turn the power off to the alarm and remove the front cover,
now disconnect the old battery and wait a few seconds and connect the new battery and if the alarm goes off when you turn the power off you will be able to switch it off when you connect the new battery,
if it does not reset on your own No then try 0123
replace the cover and press reset now the alarm should work ok now switch the power back on
