Its not a nice job, you have to remove the panel in front of the pasenger seat by removing the 7 screws in the top and the 2 6mm bolts in the bottom. Remove the ash tray and disconnect the ciggerette lighter wires, pull out the panel and disconnect blower pipes.
You will then see the wiper motor to the left hand side of the steering wheel. Its bolted to a steel bracket from the front, so you have to remove the steel bracket with the wiper motor attached. The top 2 screws are really arkward, move the wires in front of the bracket and through 2 holes you need to remove the top 2 screws, the bottom 2 screws arn't too bad.
