My 8 yr old son has been working on my laptop and was using Word, he said he had the shift key pressed down and then got a message about sticky keys. Since then i have been unable to use the keyboard at all on both his and my account (it is as though there is some kind of lock on the keyboard although it works on my husbands account. I have tried pressing both shift keys, and also pressing shift 5 times to undo whatever he has done. can anyone help?

try holding down the num lock key for about five seconds this should bring up the sticky key dialogue box
