shower problem triton jade 2?

have installed new shower unit
triton jade 2 power to unit fine
power light on unit lights up
plumbing to unit fine
water pressure fine
no blockage to inlet
no blockage from shower pipe to shower head
but still now water coming through to shower head

check to make sure that the solenoid valve is powering up, maybe a disconnected wire inside the shower unit.
If solenoid valve does not power up then shower will not operate at all.
Also check the pullcord switch condition, the contacts may be badly worn
