my shower water is tepid only. The shower is made by Shower Force?

My shower mixed hot and cold water to give a very good mix and a hot shower but now the water only reaches a tepid temperature

possibly a heating element failure or thermostatic thermal trip has opened and will not reclose.
Need to be checked using a multimeter, if unsure consul an electrician
