My CTD85 Hotpoint Tumble Dryer - is this problem?

My CTD85 Hotpoint tumble dryer water tank never needs emptied - clothes do dry but where is the water going??! I have it in an outhouse with my washing machine and I am concerned that I have not set it up right or something!!
