Why wont the dryer work on my CANDY CMD146?

The tumble action and blower appear to be ok but there is only cold air being produced.Is this a repairable problem?

This happened to mine nearly a year ago, it is repairable, cost about £80. The reason I'm looking on this site is because it's just happened again! So I don't know if it's worth repairing it, it looks like it might be design fault which will recur
