how do you remove the wiper arms from the spines of a renault clio?

I need to removethe wiper arms from the front of my renualt clio 1.2 1999. I've taken off the bolts soaked them in wd40 haeted them and still they won't budge.

Any answers please/ is there any locking washer i'm missing?

Go on and give them a dam good wiggle, dont be shy it wont break, lift the wiper arm straight up off the windscreen and go for it. IT WILL COME OFF
