The machine appears to be able to work through the cycle but never gets into a proper spin. It takes on water , disharges it but neither gets into full wash or spin mode

ive got one of these machines and mine did that. on mine the problem was a wire had worked itself off of the motor. simply take the back off, after unplugging the machine obviously,and check around the motor for loose wires. This happened several times so i added an extra inch to all the wires as they were all a bit short. this sorted the problem.Hope this helps.
