Pink clothes?

I have a Meile washing machine and all my clothes come out pink - I think there must be an article of clothing that has become stuck behind the drum - maybe one of my claret face flannels - what can I do as this is not covered by Miele?

I had a think and wondered how something could get trapped behind the drum...have you checked the rubber bit around the front as I sometimes find that socks etc get stuck in there - it has a pocket in it and prevents things from going into the drum on my machine. Good luck!

You can apparently take out the drum but I am sorry that I don't know how to do it! It might be worth checking your filter as well as water tends to go through it.

If you are getting Pink Clothes you maybe aren`tt separating the colours from the white try it to see if it helps!
