My Premia 9 alarm system won`t reset, the box LED indicates an error code 11 none of the key pad buttons work or change the code 11 not even the reset button.
Have no manual can anyone help please?

Error code 11 is not in the System Manager Guide so I dont know what it is. However, I had similar problems with keypad buttons that stopped working. I switched off the power, opened the panel and disconnected the battery. On replacing the battery (which was my issue) the keypad came back to life.
