I have a Worcester Bosch combi boiler model RD532i with a continuing problem. The pressure guage regularly falls to zero after topping it up to 1.5 to 2 bar, I have checked the radiators and pipework and there are no leaks, I have to top it up every couple of days.

Me too! I have an RD532i that goes from 1.5 bar to almost nothing . Did you ever have it diagnosed and fixed?

My other researches on the web suggest that this symptom could be related to a problem with the boiler's expansion vessel (whatever that is!), but I cannot find any data on how to fix it. I don't even know if this is something that I could/should try to fix myself, or whether it needs a trained gas fitter to do the job.

Any advice would be very welcome.

I've got exactly the same boiler and problem with pressure drop, I wish I'd looked this up on internet before spending 2 hours crawling around under the floor on a friday night! seems like a common(ish) fault
