SMEG DWD61WH dishwasher?

Hi all,

the dishwasher has had issues with finishing its cycle (from time to time) for a long while now but now it doesn't want to drain the water away when it is finished.

Anyone got any tips on what to check first?
(and hopefully how to do it!)

Thanks all!

Ben two years ago we had to replace our pump - aparently the actual cog inside the pump is plastic, both the male and female parts, this means that in time they simply disintergrate. I'm now having the same issue again, so of course I'm wondering whether we have to raplace the pump again, might be time for a new brand of machine quite frankly.

Did you manage to find any more out on your end?

I have the same problem, Ben. I have priced a new circiut board, £153 so I am looking for a new washer unless you found an answer?

try what with that email address? they seem to just supply spare parts etc but i have no idea what's wrong with the machine so how could i know what spare parts i need? i was asking if anyone had any ideas what the problem might be and how i could go about fixing it.

thanks
