dont know about that but you used to be able to get spring assistors that wrap around your coil spring so when puling caravan it didnt drop down at the back. dead easy to fit provided you have rear coil springs on your car. availible from caravan places. or maybe you can get uprated shocks from motor factor but this sounds more expensive?
