citroen 2004 washer pump?

citroen screen washer pump not pushing water through ft screen. rear working .i have tried feeling the pipes and they dont seem blocked is there a filter somewhere. it is not a fuse problem .

this happened my car before and i inserted a needel in the nozzel, moved it around a bit and it worked
