I understand there is an adjustment rod on a sedona clutch. Can anyone tell me exactly where it is located please. Thanks. Brian

the hole in the pedal where the pin goes through on the activator rod has gone oval there was a plastic sleave in it that split in half i sorted this out and it lifted the pedal a good 2.1/2"from the floor it worked for me give it a try

2004 kia sedona when changing gear clutch pedal is near to floor how can i adjust to make biting point half way down

I work in the motor trade and have noticed the clutch problems on the sedonas. I have seen occasions where the clutch release fork has an hairline fracture that isnt visible until you apply some pressure. I think this is an inherent vehicle defect, but Kia claim to know nothing about it.

i had the same problem and finally had to have the gearbox rebuilt at the cost of £1000 and it was only 3 months out of warranty.

this seems to be an ongoing problem and the more i look into it the more people have had the same problem. Ive had a new clutch fitted twice because the problem persited after the 1st time and also replaced both slave and master clutch cylinders costing me over £900 in total, yet the problem still remains! if anyone can throw any light on the problem please enlighten me!
