Craftsman 6.75 hp engine. took it apart to check for a spun bearing?

I took my engine apart to check the crankshaft and connecting rod. I accidently removed the cam gear and don't know how it is set in, is there timing marks on the crank gear and cam gear to make sure it is timed properly?
Tony Beaulieu, April 2006
Timing marks will be scribed lines or punch marks on a gear tooth on both the cam gear and the crankshaft gear.
In there is no mark look for a single beveled tooth.
