take pipe off fuel filter going to injector pump and get a vaccum pump (scrap yard ) off any old diesel citroen looks like mini football squashed with pipes either end (make sure flow direction on it facing away from filter when connected to filter then pump it till diesel comes squiting out then reconnect pipe from pump and crank engine till started
