I need to adjust the flame on my beling range cooker after changing to LPG?

I have just converted my Belling range cooker to LPG, I have changed the gas jets to the correct ones. The instructions says to remove the knobs and adjust the screw to adjust the flame height, but I can't seem to find the screw. Any ideas?
