mercedes e240 i put the car in drive and it just revs or it will move for a bit and then just wont go any where.It wont go in to triptronic neither.I have put gearbox oil in but nothing.Engine managment light has come on and there is a whistleing noise when it does move.can an one help thanks

The box is shot. The filter is blocked with debris hence noise. Check out www.fedauto.co.uk for specialist in your area.
