chain saw not running right---bogging down?

I have a Husqvarna Chain Saw 345 that is not running right---seems to not have enough power. When you cut in a piece of wood it just dies down and when you lay it over on its side it is worse. The saw is new----just used 3-4 times.

There are a few things that may cause this, carb settings running too lean, fuel tank breather not working correctly.
