Renault Megane Sport immobiliser problem R reg?
I have a Renault Megane Sport 5 dr.My immobiliser has been playing up.Thought it was the batteries so had these replaced but now the key fob won't work at all.The light on fob flashes but central locking wont and can't deactivate immobiliser.Car is stuck in the road! I have 4 weeks till my baby is due so need to sort this out asap.Renault dealer wants me to get car to them to look at but money is tight and I can't start the engine to get it there anyway! Any help would be most appreciated .Thanks in advance.

try this
if i remember, renault keys have 2 buttons.
insert key into ignition
switch on ignition
press and hold the 2 buttons for 10 seconds
and hopefully it will reset itself. this works with citroens, its worth a try
