humming noise tumble drier?

my tumble drier condenser makes noise around the motor part

if there is a capacitor mounted near the motor this could be the problem.whilst it humming, try push the drum by hand and see if it starts to rotate.BE CAREFUL.if it does then it is the start capacitor at faulty
