how to fit electric wing mirrors vauxhall vectra 1.8 16v?

i have the mirrors and switch the wiring seems to be preinstalled. when i fit the mirrors there seems to be no power from the car. what do i do

The fuse for this probably won't be in the car. It is fuse numbers 29 and 41, both are 10amp, colured red fuses. I need to know this before I can answer your question any further.
