i took my card out of my fone then put it back in and it had wiped its self, now when i put it in the computer i cant seem to get into it

If it's an SD card or micro SD, you could try a really useful utility for formatting SDCards. You will loose any data on the card, but it should then be fully functional.

Make sure you download, read and understand the manual as well.
