I have a Ford Iveco Horsebox 2001 which will not start?

I have a Ford Iveco horsebox which will sometimes not start, there is nothing there as if there is some kind of isolator switch. I can go back within an hour or the next day and it starts first time. I know the batteries are fine, can anyone help?

Hi, I have a 2001 Iveco horsebox too and mine did this once but did start later on. I was told by mechanic that this year onwards are started by a coded key and when starting to give it a moment to read the code. I used to turn it like starting a car but now I turn the key part way, wait til all the usual dash lights go out including the key code one and then turn the key the rest of the way to start, its only seconds but I havent had a problem since.
