REPAIR A RECLINER?

WHEN THE LEVER IS PULLED BACK THE LEG REST RISES AND LOCKS IN PLACE. THE BACK RECLINES BUT DOES NOT LOCK IN PLACE. THE CHAIR ROCKS BACK AND FORTH WITH A CLICKING SOUND FROM THE UNDERNEATH OF THE CHAIR.
