Vokera Compact 28 very high pressure&cutting out?

My Vokera Compact 28 reads as having pressure of 3/4 and will cut out, displaying red light if I try to have heat up beyond a minimum level. I also don't find any info on the Compact 28 anywhere online. Someone suggested the stat was to blame? The external overflow has water soming out of it, I assme this is to keep pressure down.

could u tell me how to recharge the expansion vessel please?

my boiler keeps cutting out and its a vokera compact 28, i have changed the expansion vessel and the pressure does not rise or fall below what its meant to sit at, could u please give me any indication why this is happening? thanks

the most probable cause is a blockage in the expansion vessel tube (flexable hose) drain the boiler down clean the tube clean if neccesary recharge the expansion vessel

check that the filling loop is off, if pressure still rising then heat exchanger is burst internally. as for the heating cutting out check that the pump is working
