my tx400 sportscraft treadmill speeds up and slows down at settings of 6.5 ?

tx400 treadmill speeds up and down when speed setting is set at 6.5 and higher. How do i fix it to run properly at any speed i set it to.

I don't have an answer (sorry) but I also have a treadmill that no matter what the speed is set at, the speed will increase and then decrease up and down. The display says its at a constant speed but the treadmill is not.
