How can i fix my VW Sharan V6 auto gearbox it thumps into gear?

when i drive the gearbox thumps into gear from 2nd to 3rd and 3rd to 4th the gearbox computer was replaced and the valve body any ideas

Was the computer new and was the manual valve correctly positioned when replacing valve block? Scan computer for codes and live data. Also check engine data ie. MAF sensor etc. post findings if more help required.
