my washing machine door will not open for me to load items.
I use it once a week and this week door can't be opened

As simon said if it hasn't drained properly, you may have to put it on a spin only cycle and try opening it when finish spinning.

Has it still got water in it?, some machines have a safety feature that stops you opening the door when there is water inside.
