I have a Hotpoint WD63 washing machine. The clothes are staying wet after the spin cycle what is the problem

clean out all the lower hoses from the drum outward .ie
filter ,pump stand pipe
clean out the filter located in the black hose on the bottom of the outer drum approach from the rear of machine check the drain pump is clear and works
should see an improvement .
now watch how fast machine turns,as you may need some motor brushes
