forgot to say, can't repair the flex ribbon, just replace it, only cost a few £'s on Ebay..

Quite complicated if you have never done one before, whole phone as to be dismantled, done a few of these, Here is a link for you with pictures to help disassemble the phone...take your time and you should be ok..good luck
