peugeot 406 diesel keypad immobiliser?

both my red and green light on my keypad immobiliser are on at same time not allowing me to input my code i have tryed everything from leaving ignition on for more than 30 mins to disconnecting battery over night nothing is working please help me i need my car its a 1997 diesel peugeot 406

check wires going to fuel pump near pump they break here too.

i checked the wires there all fine still the keypad is locked :-(

check for broken wires on keypad where wires keep bending.
