Okay, great. Start with the section called 'Reading the SRV mode program' on page 1. Make sure it prints out similar to the examples given (DO NOT PERFORM THE MASTER RESET). Unless you have a service key that turns past PGM position, you'll need to turn to PGM and use the 4 digit code in the examples (9900 and 9950).
Next, print all the reports on page 9 under 'Reading of the PGM mode program'
The reason for this is so we have a backup of any special system programming that a dealer may have setup for you. Let me know when you get that far.
