there is possibly a lockout on the inlet valve that has operated.you have to remove the valve and blow down the pipes to reset them.don't forget to release the red pipe by pulling the cap off and letting the water run out as well.This problem can be caused by a blockage and if it operates again you need to find out whats blocked
