how do i reset clock after electics turned off?

the electricity on my gas cooker was turned off and i need to find out how to reset the clock as it wont function properley

On my cooker I cycle the power off and on again so that the clock flashes - depress and hold in buttons 2 & 3 from the left and use the plus/minus buttons to set the time - any time will do - the clock just doesn't care.
