The alarm went off when I cut of power at the mains switch for the house and then powered back up again. Tried to stop it by keying in the code, but it didn't work. Eventually it stopped. However, although the panel shows a light for zone one, it will not set, unset or allow any other action. Does anyone have any suggestions
