Looks like a problem with Lexmark printer drivers looking like trojans or AVG generating a false positive.
I assume you did a Google search to get some answers for yourself. (You DID try to help yourself with search, didn't you?)
I assume you missed this, which came up on the first page of results for a search for "AVG Lexmark Trojan":

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a way round it, other than either using a different antivirus package (Avast is another free one) or a different printer.
I'm rapidly going off AVG with their insistence on trying to install Yahoo toolbar, switching the default search engine to Yahoo and driving popup advert windows for Virgin Digital Help.
