cooling fan sometimes wont cut off?

i have a 1997 vauxhall vectra when i turn engine off sometimes cooling fan wont cut off. i take the fan fuse out and put it back in it stays off until next time i use car

It is supposed to do that!! It will run on if the car is hot and will eventually switch off after 5 to 10 minutes
