hOT WATER NOT WORKING?

mY FATHERS ELECTRIC SHOWER, THE HOT WATER DOES NOT COME THROUGH HE SAYS THE MOTOR HAS STOPPED WORKING IS IT POSSIBLE TO FIX?
Gill, February 2010
you don't even know what model it is so don't suspect the element has failed.
failed element in a shower will still produce warm water as their are 2 or some 3 elements.

more likely a tco has failed or the pressure switch.
need to know what shower it is.

it will be the element that has gone like in a kettle, depending on model and make it can often be as cheap to buy a new unit, look for spares on the net for the model to see if repair is viable
