ford galaxy 2.3 auto mk2 stuck in 3rd gear?

my galaxy is stuck in 3rd gear. it wont change up or down. just 3rd. there is no kickdown air bag light is on. can anyone help,thanx geoff

mine does exactly the same. in drive mode, stuck in 3rd, in manual shifting is stuck in third. can change down from D to 2nd and 1st. Will be a fault aso it seems at present its in "home mode", did yours get fixed?
