How can I change the bulb on the control panel on my Creda Europa 48163?

I have just received a replacement tube for the control panel light on my double oven which is fitted inside a kitchen unit with a cupboard above and below. Can you please tell me how I can change the bulb?

I was able to change the tube but it would not light fully so I was looking for the starter. It was not in the vicinity of the controls but I spotted two wires running to the back of the oven. I pulled out the oven and opened up the back panel and the starter is located just above where the mains cable is connected. You have to remove the entire back panel which is just a few small screws. Obviously ensure the oven is properly isolated from the mains before attempting this and it needs two strong people to lift out the oven. The front doors can be removed to reduce the weight a little.

There are two screws to the left and right behind the small top control panel. Isolate the power, remove the six time controls (they pull straight out). Unscrew your oven mountings and pull it forward from the housing about 12". Then you can access the two screws that hold on the panel, these are directly behind the panel NOT the ones visible from the top. Once the panel is off tube repalacement is easy, give the dials and the inside of the glass a careful clean while you are there.

First you will need to turn off power and the trip switch on the main electricity panel to isolate power!
Then open the back panel of the cooker & remove/replace the faulty light.
Replace the back panel & then power on with the trip switch & wall switch
