citroen berlingo 2005 horn only works with ignition off?
horn will sound as normal but only with key off/out.no power to the horn with key at on or engine running.tried cleaning all body earths ie under near side head light on iner wing plus main battery to body.dont know if it is wired though bsi,wiring diagram in haynes manual looks different
