I think this is the info you are refering to?
Red master turn to pos ll
Wait till LED in clock illuminates
Switch ign OFF & remove RED key
Wait untill LED illuminates again and then goes out
Within 10 secs of LED going out
Insert key to be programmed
Turn to pos ll
LED flashes to indicate correct programming
Switch ign off remove key
repeat with other keys within 10 secs
The key can also be programmed with correct diagnostic kit
