How can I Fix My Condenser Tumble Dryer?

My Bosch Classixx Condenser Tumble Dryer is working but there is no heat.
I have cleaned the Condenser Unit and filter, and emptied the water container, but there is still no heat.

Can anyone please advise what the problem may be.
