How do I replace the front wheel bearings-1989 Pontiac Sunbird-?

I do not have the special tool, to remove the shackles with the front wheel bearings inside them. Can I get someone to remove the shackles, and have bearings pressed out, and new bearings pressed into them? I want to get around buying the whole shackles when only the bearings are bad.

if it`s not front wheel drive all you o is take the caliper off take the centre nut and split pin out/remove hub use hammer and centre punch and hammer casings out if doing both ends.
to replace find a socket same size or tube and hammer bearings back in then grease up fit new seal and put back the way you took off
