The picture and colour quality on my Canon S520 printer is very poor. B&W ok. I've had the print head professionally cleaned but I only get a very grainy print. The nozzle check pattern is also wrong. Half the red and half the yellow are missing. Don't know if this is a software or hardware problem. I'm told it could be a problem with the print management system. I can't get any useful info on what to do. Scrap it?
