i have a 2001 avensis 1.8 vvti. the oil oressure warning light is on intermittently. i have changed the oil pump and the oil pressure switch but this hasn't fixed the problem. the sump's been cleaned out when i changed the oil pump and it's had new oil and a filter change. Please help...

Temorary fit an oil pressure guage to confirm the pressure is good, then if OK inspect the wiring from the pressure switch for possible chafing giving a false earth on the wire so putting the light on
