how can i fix my zanussi ZWF1421W washing machine?

My zanussi ZWF1421W washing machine keeps cutting out with LED 5 (end) flashing and beeping continuously. I can sometimes get it to start the cycle but keeps starting and cutting out continuously before the above happening.
